Back up or import your blog
You
can back up your blog content and import it to another blog. You can also back up your blog before you delete it.
It looks like you’re signed out.

Back up your blog content
To get a backup file of your blog, you can use "Google Takeout.” You can access
Google Takeout
directly and switch your Google Account to an admin of the blog you want to backup. If you don't remember which account is an admin of the blog:
Sign in to Blogger

At the top left, click the blog selector.
Find the blog you want to back up.
Tip:
If the blog isn't in the blog list of the selector, try other accounts. At the top right, click the profile icon until you find the blog.
Once you find the blog, on the left menu, click
Settings
.
Under "Manage blog," click
Back up content
Download
.

Save a copy of your blog's theme
Sign in to Blogger

At the top left, click the blog you want to save.
In the left menu, click
Theme
.
At the top right, click More
Backup
Download
.
Import posts, pages & comments to your blog
To import posts, pages, and comments to your blog from backup, you should upload the feed.atom file in the
Google Takeout
backup file.
Restore and open the "Google Takeout” backup file.
Click
Takeout
Blogger
Blogs
.
Click [blog name from which you want to import posts].
In the blog name directory, find feed.atom file.
Tip:
Blogger historically provides its own backup .xml files. If you've downloaded these files for backup, you can also import these .xml files in the same way as feed.atom files.
Important:
There's a daily limit on the number of files you can import but no file size restrictions.
To import feed.atom or .xml files of your post and comments:
Sign in to Blogger
.
At the top left, click the blog you want to import content into.
In the left menu, click
Settings
.
Under "Manage Blog,” click
Import Content
Import
.
If you don't want to automatically publish the imported content, turn off
Automatically, publish all imported posts and pages
.
Select the feed.atom or .xml file you want to import from your computer.
Click
Open
.
