Fix problems
Deleted activity shows in My Activity
Make sure the device is connected to the internet.
If you delete items from My Activity on one device, they might still appear on any devices that are offline. When the device connects to the internet, the items will be removed.
Clear your cache and cookies
.
What happens when my Google activity is deleted?
When you erase activity manually or it’s erased automatically, the process starts to remove it from the product and systems.
We aim to remove it from view, and the data no longer personalizes your Google experience.
We then begin a process designed to safely and completely erase the data from our storage systems.
Along with helping you delete data manually or automatically, Google may delete some types of activity sooner when it’s no longer useful to improve your experience.
For limited purposes, like business or legal requirements, Google can

retain certain types of data
for an extended period of time.
